About Magical Makeovers

Magical Makeovers was founded in 1994 by Rhonda, in response to a growing need for a fully mobile bridal hair and makeup service in Melbourne. In late 2010, Kerrie Gargano took the helm, guiding the business into an exciting new chapter while staying true to its values of professionalism, care, and genuine connection with brides.

Today, Magical Makeovers is a trusted name in bridal hair and makeup across Melbourne and Victoria. Our team is carefully selected through a rigorous process — every artist is personally interviewed, with portfolios and résumés thoughtfully reviewed. Only those with strong bridal expertise, a warm and friendly nature, and a genuine “can-do” attitude are invited to join us.

Having been part of over 13,000 weddings, the majority of our work comes from heartfelt recommendations by past brides and respected wedding professionals. While weddings are at the heart of what we do, our artists also bring experience from fashion, film, television, theatre, editorial, and runway work. Many are educators in their field and are highly regarded within the industry.

Above all, we’re passionate about creating a calm, supportive, and enjoyable experience for every bride we work with. From your trial to the final touches on your wedding day, our focus is on helping you feel confident, comfortable, and beautifully yourself.

So sit back, relax, and enjoy the moment — we’ll take care of the rest.
